At the launch of the Association of Chief Police Officers’ Project Shanaz, Inspire's Kalsoom Bashir and Michelle Brooks talked about how women can be at the centre of countering extremism and why it is important to understand that in order to empower women - democracy and human rights must ultimately begin in the home.
